Returns Policy

Due to the nature of printer parts and the many factors that go into installing them, we do not accept returns or give refunds on electronic or service parts. Once the package is delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to check the package for damage. If there is visible damage to the package, refuse the shipment and call us at 303-733-6671. Any and all other return claims will not be granted once the package is delivered.

These companies are also bound to protect your privacy. In the event that it is requierd by the proper authorities, we will disclose your information as the law deems necessary to any lawful agancy. We may also use your information to protect our rights and to dispute any chargebacks that may occur.

Billing information:

All transactions processed on this site are handled via a secure connection to a trusted gateway provider. At no point is your billing information ie. credit card information, billing address etc. provided to our suppliers or any other outside party other than our credit card processing provider. All transaction information is handled following the latest regulations and PCI compliance standards.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
