Shipping Policy

Same Day Shipping Cutoff:  3:00pm Mountain Time

Orders placed before 3:00pm are not guaranteed to ship same day until you receive tracking information in your provided email. If you placed your order before 3:00pm and it won't ship for any reason, we will contact you. We try to ship all orders same day.


Your order still may ship after 3:00pm but it is less likely. 

Standard Ground & Free Shipping Option -

Your order will ship US Priority Mail or FedEx Ground at our discretion. This service is not guaranteed. Signature will be required for high value orders.

Expedited FedEx Options -

FedEx expedited options are guaranteed by FedEx and refunds for late deliveries are granted at their sole discretion. We do not refund shipping cost unless FedEx does.

International shipping - 

International shipping is available for Canada at checkout. All duty charges are charged to the receiver. Contact us if you want to use your own broker. All other countries will need to call 303-733-6671 or email us for a quote.

Residential shipping - 

For orders shipping to residential addresses, we may require a picture of the card holder's card and ID for security purposes. 


Receiving requirements - 

You must have a secure receiving area at the address provided in your order. High value orders will require a signature at delivery. We do not refund shipping costs for orders that aren't delivered due to the receiver not being available to receive.

Any mistake made by us will be fixed at no cost to you!

Return & Exchange Policy

Print Heads and Electrical Parts:

- Print heads and electrical parts are non-returnable and non-refundable.


- Once you sign for the package, the part is yours. We will not take it back for any reason.


- If you are not 100% sure about your ability to install an electric part, PROFESSIONAL, WARRANTIED INSTALLATION IS AN OPTION with less risk but more cost. You are not obligated to take the risk involved with repairing your own printer. 

- Don't be fooled by other part suppliers' claims of manufacturer warranties. We are an official Mutoh and Mimaki dealer. Neither manufacturer warranties parts installed by end users. Any claim otherwise is a trick and you don't want to find out the hard way.


Non-Electric Products:

- All products on, except print heads and electrical parts, can be returned within 30 days, unused, and in the original package for a refund minus shipping charges. Some items will incur up to a 20% restock fee. Email us to start the return process.
