Order #23422 was received on May 23, 2026. I installed the printhead shortly after receiving it and have been using it for approximately 11 days. During a recent manual cleaning, where I moved the carriage to the side and cleaned around the printhead with a swab, I noticed what appears to be a physical defect on the printhead itself.
At this point, the printhead is still installed, but the defect is concerning given the short amount of time it has been in service. I am not yet sure whether this
